Key Responsibilities
Network KPI target achievements. TP Network is distributed in four categories (U/SU/Remote/Extremely remote) and for each category target value of basic KPIs ( CSSR, DCR, MPD, HOSR) already set by TP management. Being a part of optimization team, achievements of targets using smart optimization techniques which includes: hard and soft optimization, frequency plan tuning, neighbour audit.
Development of procedures and strategies of every single task of optimization.
Management of drive testing teams to identify/solve bad quality patches.
Solve the list of the cells that sent by performance monitoring team and generated internally
Perform initial tuning of new site integration to avoid quality issues due to new site integration and corresponding optimization of ne...
